in visual basic (vb.net) using n-tier technology, this
means software modules can be added, as new functionality
is required, allowing the system to grow with your business.

Software Suite
Main Module comprises of, point of sale system allowing
customer sales, full reporting, multi language, multi
taxs, employee information, stock control and much more.
2: Table Reservations and bookings
Full database functionality, allowing staff to pre
book tables and meals or cooking preferences
3: Hotel reservations both Internet and onsite
bookings available
Guests can book rooms or hotel facilities directly
in real time with the receptionist, or through the Internet
from anywhere in the world.
4: Fast food outlets, caller id identification
and database management
Caller identification and database look up, this allows
orders to be taken via the phone and save the callers
information for future use, such as promotions, special
offers or sales analysis
5: Wireless PDA waitress order taking
With the introduction of the smoking ban across many
countries in Europe, customers are more likely to want
to sit in open areas making it time consuming and impractical
for waiting staff. With the use of wireless personal
digital assistants (PDA's) orders can be taken and passed
to the bar or kitchens for ordering at the click or
a button, speeding up the ordering process
6: Stock control and purchasing
Keep an eye on all food stocks and set re-ordering
levels, work out portions used for recipes and make
sure ordering is never forgotten.
7: Sage and quick books exporting facility
Export all important data to sage or quick books, allowing
savings to be made on accountant fees
8: CCTV Security Integration
Monitor in real time or via hard drive storage all
operations on any required till transaction. Monitor
sections of your hotel or restaurant for security.
9: Choice of database selection, database management,
remote backup facility
Maybe you already have a system in place which you
want to replace, if you need to keep records from another
system it may be possible to migrate to the HOSPOS system.
A choice of 3 databases are available mssql, mysql and
access, for a fee we may be able to migrate your existing
data into the Hospos system.
