This software comprises following Modules:
Stock Management
This module maintains the stock report. Stock Management in Organization is very important. After Review the Purchased Products Admin have duty to add that Products to Inventory.  Previous Stock Count Can be adjustment with new Products. Each Product is Separate by their Group and Located with their Correct Locations. The feature of this Stock Adjustment is used to know full Stock Details. It has following fields that are Item Name, Location, Quantity, Price of each Item. Complete Stock Control is took the over all count of the Stock in Each Department. Admin have to know the all departments stock details. This module have maintain the whole stock for that organization. This software have used in many module such as till menu management and number of bar management. This Software has maintain the separate stock for each bar management. But whole stock maintain in Stock management.
Kitchen Management
As the name itself says it monitors all the Kitchen activities. The entire item request from the till menu is displayed to the Kitchen Manager. As the requested item is prepared and sent to the Till Menu an Acknowledgement is sent from the Till Menu to make sure the Item is received. Initially it also requires to update the all the Item information in the Back Office Management, as it makes it easy to automatically maintain the item information without much effort form the user.
Employee Reporting-Login Report

Attendance lists all staff reporting to your position during any part of the pay cycle under review. Normal working days for each person will be displayed and will include information describing approved absences on leave. If any of your staff were absent during the pay period and their leave is not displayed in the report, you should ask the staff member of promptly submit a leave application and ensure it is approved prior to confirming the Employee Attendance for that pay. Once you have approved the leave application, it will update the Attendance information almost immediately however you will need to refresh your screen to see the updated details.

Unscheduled absences by operators, maintenance personnel, related clerks and other hourly represented employees involved in transit operations make it difficult to maintain an efficient workforce and to provide dependable service to the riding public. The timely reporting of unscheduled absences plays a vital role in controlling this problem. 
 

Confirmation: Once you are satisfied that attendance details are correct [i.e. any absences during the pay cycle are accounted for and the appropriate leave has been approved] and any discrepancies identified in the costs have been reported to HR for adjustment in a future pay, the Employee Attendance for that pay period may be confirmed. 

Costs   repeats the same list of staff as in 'Attendance' and displays their respective payroll costs, cost centre and fund for the pay cycle under review. Selecting each employee's record individually will display additional details relating to payments made. 
 

Late Report - Any unscheduled absence of an employee who fails to report to his/her assigned section at their scheduled report time, but who nonetheless reports no later than two hours after their scheduled report time. The employee shall be required to work the remainder of his/her assignment that day, and will be paid only for the actual time worked. An operating employee shall not be charged with a late report if he/she is late but nonetheless operates his/her scheduled run without a disruption in service. However, if it becomes apparent that an employee is developing a habit or pattern of arriving late, such tardiness will no longer be excused. Likewise, a non-operating employee who is no more than 20 minutes late, and whose tardiness will not disrupt service may, at the supervisor's sole discretion, be permitted to make up the missed time up to 20 minutes that day only. If the employee does make up the missed time that day, the employee will not be charged a late report.
Failure to Report - Any unscheduled absence where an employee reports to his/her assigned section between two hours and eight hours after their scheduled report time. The employee shall be paid for actual hours worked.
Absence Without Leave - Any unscheduled absence where an employee reports to his/her assigned section more than eight hours after their scheduled report time. 
 An operating employee shall not be charged with a late report if he/she is late but nonetheless operates his/her scheduled run without a disruption in service. However, if it becomes apparent that an employee is developing a habit or pattern of arriving late, such tardiness will no longer be excused.
This Management Report allows the operator to show all the employees who are punched IN or OUT at a specific date and time. A unique feature of this report is the ability to also show any transactions or transfers that may have occurred after the IN punch. This is useful in tracking the employee’s current location.
